Bumper pull trailer designed to safely haul and load scissor lifts and other
equipment without having to drive equipment up on the deck.  With a specially
designed hydraulic system, the deck lowers to the ground, allowing electric
scissorlifts and push on equipment to be loaded with ease.  Once the
 equipment is loaded, the hydraulic system raises the deck   up, with the
equipment loaded, so the trailer with equipment can be hauled.
